Refund Policy

Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges and used credits are non-refundable. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. You keep access through that period unless a refund, chargeback, fraud response, or policy enforcement requires earlier adjustment.

Contact support@xiaojins.com within seven days of the charge for an accidental duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a verified technical failure where we did not deliver the purchased credits or service and could not correct it. Include the account email, invoice or payment identifier, date, amount, and explanation. Do not send card numbers. Refunds return to the original payment method and may take several business days after approval.

We may deny a discretionary refund after substantial usage or where there is fraud, abuse, or policy breach. Approved refunds may remove unused credits or reverse benefits from the refunded purchase. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or warranty rights in your jurisdiction.
