• Account data, such as name, email, login identifiers, and profile details.
• Media, URLs, transcripts, subtitles, edits, exports, and associated metadata you submit.
• Billing records from Stripe, such as customer, subscription, invoice, status, country, and payment-method type. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage, device, browser, IP address, security, diagnostic, and support information.

We use information to perform our contract by authenticating users, processing media, delivering output, metering credits, renewing subscriptions, and providing support. We use it for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, reliability, service improvement, and enforcing policies; to comply with law, tax, and accounting duties; and, where required, with consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose information only as needed to providers that support hosting, content delivery, object storage, authentication, speech recognition, AI processing, payments (Stripe), observability, security, and customer support; to professional advisers; during a corporate transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law. Providers process data under contractual restrictions.

Source media is normally available for playback or processing for up to about three hours, unless a feature clearly offers longer storage. Derived transcripts, subtitles, projects, and account history remain until you delete or request deletion; deleted items may remain in restricted backups, fraud, billing, security, and audit records until their applicable retention periods end. Billing and tax records may be kept for up to seven years or longer when law requires. We keep operational logs only as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

We are based in the United States and providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or withdraw consent. You may also appeal a denied privacy request and complain to your local regulator. Email support@xiaojins.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where an exception applies. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority. You can manage billing data and payment methods in the Customer Portal.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. We will post Policy updates with a new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes.
