Cancellation Policy

1. Sign in to the product using the account that purchased the plan.
2. Open Account, then Billing and subscription.
3. Select “Manage or cancel subscription” to open Stripe Customer Portal.
4. Select the subscription, choose Cancel, and confirm.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation normally turns off automatic renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not retroactively refund that period. The Portal displays the effective date and lets you download invoices or update the payment method. If you cannot access the Portal, email support@xiaojins.com from the account email before the renewal date. Deleting an app or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

Stripe may retry failed renewal payments. We will show billing notices and may restrict renewal benefits if an invoice remains unpaid. We may cancel or suspend a subscription for fraud, chargebacks, legal risk, or material policy breach. Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
