Credit usage

Audio files: 1 credit per minute
Video files: 1.2 credits per minute
Online video links: 1.5 credits per minute
API access: 60 credits per hour ($1 per audio hour)
Agent access: 2 credits per minute

Billing rules

Monthly plans are billed once for a 30-day period and do not renew automatically.
Credits are charged by actual media duration.
Each job is rounded up to the next minute.
Every accepted job appears in your credit history.
The payment provider shown at checkout handles card payment for global users.
Uploaded source media normally expires after about 3 hours unless a feature offers longer retention.
