Refund Policy

If you have not used any credits from a plan or credit pack, you can request a full refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and the plan or pack ends immediately once the refund is issued. Contact support@audio2srt.appwith your order details to request one.

If a payment succeeds but the purchased plan or credits are not delivered, contact us and we will deliver them or refund the payment in full.

Once any credits from an order have been used, that order is non-refundable. Unused credits from a 30-day plan expire at the end of the period; they are not carried over to the next purchase or exchanged for cash. If processing of a task fails, the credits charged for it are returned to your balance automatically.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
